NIBSC 09/272標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品預(yù)期用途：標(biāo)有09/272的安瓿套裝含有凍干重組大腸桿菌。大腸桿菌來源的胎盤生長因子（PlGF），人序列，殘基Ala 21-Arg 149。已通過測量對制劑進(jìn)行了評估其與Flt1受體的結(jié)合。
NIBSC 09/272注意事項：該制劑不適用于人類或人類食物鏈中的動物。
該制劑含有人類來源的材料，最終產(chǎn)品或其來源材料已經(jīng)檢測，HBsAg、抗-HIV和HCV RNA均呈陰性。與所有生物來源的材料一樣，這種制劑應(yīng)被視為對健康有潛在危害。應(yīng)該使用和丟棄根據(jù)您自己實驗室的安全程序。此類安全程序應(yīng)包括佩戴防護手套和避免產(chǎn)生氣溶膠。打開安瓿或小瓶時應(yīng)小心，以避免割傷。

NIBSC 09/272 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品儲存：The ampoules are shipped at ambient temperature. Unopened ampoulesshould be stored at -20 degrees C in the dark. For economy of use, it isrecommended that the reconstituted solution be subdivided into severalsmall containers and stored at, or below, -40 degrees C. Repeatedfreezing and thawing should be avoided. The ampoules do not containbacteriostat and solutions of the ampouled material should not beassumed to be sterilePlease note: because of the inherent stability of lyophilizedmaterial, NIBSC may ship these materials at ambient temperature.
